1. Art set up fee: NapNameplates is very flexible when it comes to setting up art on your name badge. As long as you have a clear/visible logo we will set up your art for free on the name badge. We give you an option for a proof to make sure everyone is on the same page. If you don’t like the way the proof looks, you have 2 free proof changes until you are 100% satisfied with how your art is set up on the name badge. Other companies will charge every first time customer an added art fee for adding their logo to their name badge.

2. Corner options: What you see is what you get. We do not charge extra for special corner options.

3. Text lines: Many manufacturers will charge you per amount of lines on a name badge. We charge a flat rate for name badges, no matter how many lines of text you have.

4. Fasteners: You really have to pay attention to this sneaky added cost. Many companies charge extra for magnetic fasteners! Our fasteners are always included in the cost of the tag.
